Abhishek has served on the boards of Quess Corp, IL&FS Education, Sagar Ratna, Axiss Dental, Yaantra, and others. He is currently on the boards of Collateral Medical and Sindhuja Microcredit.

Key milestones under his leadership include Fairfax’s INR 3,500 Mn acquisition (2013), IPO raising INR 4,000 Mn (2016), QIP (INR 8,739 Mn, 2017), IPP & MIS issues (INR 4,603 Mn), and Amazon’s INR 510 Mn investment (2019).
Hithendra Ramachandran is a seasoned leader with 17+ years of experience in managed services space. A founding team member and board member at Quess Corp, he played a key role in its growth into India’s largest HR services provider. Earlier, he was part of PeopleOne Consulting (now Adecco India), later acquired by Adecco.
As Co-Founder & MD of Carpediem Advisors, he leads operations, transformation, and people strategy across portfolio companies.
He has served on the boards of Quess Corp and Avon Facility Management and currently holds board positions at Nyasa Retail, Adinath Agro, Flipspaces, Sukhi Online, Ivangel Sales & Services, and Woovly India.

Previously, he co-founded Pesa Capital, served on ETG’s Group EXCO, and led NuForth. He also held leadership roles at Accenture Consulting and HPCL-Mittal Energy. Over two decades, he has raised $20 billion for ventures across the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Kamal Ramnani has spent the last 15 years trading CLOs (Fixed Income Securities) in New York with top institutions like Citadel and Goldman Sachs, where he last served as Head of the US CLO and Hard Asset Trading Desk.
An alumnus of IIT Delhi and Columbia University, Kamal brings deep expertise in people management, client interaction, and risk management as a board advisor to Fornax.
Vikram Bhatia has 28 years of experience in the IT services industry, working across India and the US, with the last 13 years in leadership at a leading Indian retail firm. He has led teams, designed solutions, and driven business process improvements for large US-based companies with globally distributed teams.
Currently, Vikram works closely with business functions, scaling the technology division from a small unit to a critical pillar supporting supply chain, HR, store operations, and more.

Pinaki began his career at Wipro, holding key leadership roles over 17 years, culminating as CEO & President of Infocrossing, a Nasdaq-listed IT outsourcing firm acquired by Wipro in 2007. He later served as President & Chief Executive at Zensar Technologies and spent seven years at Quess Corp, where he built its Global Technology Services division into a top profit contributor.
Pinaki holds a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from XLRI. He currently resides in New Jersey, USA.
Previously, he held multiple key roles at Quess Corp. Starting as Chief Delivery Officer at Magna Infotech (now Quess IT Staffing) in 2014, he later served as SVP – Strategy & Operations, driving corporate strategy, M&A, and business planning. In 2018, as CEO of Smart City & Utility Business, he built a ₹2000 Cr order book before moving on to his entrepreneurial ventures.

Praful is an experienced leader in India’s staffing industry, blending corporate expertise with entrepreneurial acumen. Beginning his career in the BPO sector, he quickly transitioned to staffing, gaining deep industry knowledge and holding key roles at Innovsource, Teamlease, and Yoma, where he made significant contributions to business growth and workforce solutions.
In 2018, he embraced entrepreneurship by founding Hands-On Management Services, a staffing firm that later merged with UNH to establish the SourceIT brand in 2019.
